Despite nations around the world investing a huge budget and providing the world's most skilled specialists, attempts to analyze the EXOFRAME and understand the alien technology have failed. In the U.S., Project Xenogage in Area 51 was created to analyze alien technology. But, this project had also been put on hold. Now the project is being taken over by an eccentric leader who is not trying to decipher the alien technology, but rather, trying to find ways to use it.
